Meet outside at the picnic tables for drop-off. SAS does not provide shipping or storage, so please do not deliver outside of this window. If you require shipping assistance, we can connect you with a member volunteer who can store and transport your work. Please ensure you include a return slip.

Instructions for Entry

Eligibility

You must be a member of APAP to participate. Become a member.

Image Requirements

JPG or PNG format
Image size: Minimum 1200 pixels on the longest side, 72 PPI.
File name: Last name, first initial, and part of the painting's title (e.g., JonasM-PaintingTitle.jpg).
Art only, no mat or frame.

Artwork Requirements

Created en plein air in Arizona between January 2023, & December 2024.
80% must be plein air, 20% may be completed in the studio.
Not submitted to previous APAP juried shows (excluding our exhibit at Surprise City Hall).
Accepted mediums: Acrylic, Gouache, Ink, Oil, Pastel, Pencil, Watercolor, Wax, Mixed Media
Substrate size: 5x7 inches (min) to 24x36 inches (max).
Artwork must be ready to hang.
Label your artwork on the back with your name and artwork title.
Artwork submitted and selected may not be pulled from the exhibition.
