Join Michael for four half days (9-1, Tues-Fri) of plein air painting in beautiful Red Rock Country. He'll show you how to capture the moment without losing magic or mood. You'll find that his unique “best guess” method removes a lot of the pressure one may experience when painting outdoors. Each day starts with a useful talk and critiques, followed by a demonstration in the field and student work with Michael offering help at your easel. Afternoons, you may paint and explore or your own, or enjoy some of Sedona's fine outdoor activities, shops and restaurants. (Any extra painting you do will be gladly critiqued.) Price: $300.
