Take Highway 74 East to Cave Creek Rd. Turn north and drive to sign for Spur Cross Ranch, past the city dump. Take a right on the road, and a sharp left. Stay on the road, about 5 miles, until you see a small parking area on the left across from Arizona Horseback Adventures.
If the parking area is full, drive past the pasture and park in the area for Spur Cross Ranch. Restrooms are located in the Spur Cross Ranch park, but I don't know if they are free to use. Pack a lunch and if desired we can regroup and critique work.
