Let's paint together at the newly renovated Dreamy Draw Park! After 2 years of construction, it's finally open.
There are bathrooms, running water, plenty of shade - three Ramadas - and ample parking. There are views of the 51 cutting through the mountain. If you walk down a paved path a little way, there are also nice views of downtown. The parking lot entrance closes at 7 but you can stay in the park until 11 pm. There are plenty of picnic tables if you want to break for dinner.
Meet at the main Ramada - the one with the bathrooms. It's a short distance up the hill from the parking lot. There's a paved ramp to get there if anyone can't do stairs or wants to bring a pull cart or even a bike to ride the paved bike path for different views. There's only one parking lot so you can't get lost. If folks work late, then just get there when you can but before 7 when they close the entrance gate.
