Let's paint at Jewel of the Creek. Jewel of the Creek is a valley where Cave Creek runs through, but there is only water in the creek some times of the year. There are saguaros and cottonwoods intermixed, and a great view of the foot hills in the distance. A restroom is in the park. Day use fee for parking, or your annual parks pass is also good.
